Well, it’s been some month. We’ve flown a helicopter on Mars, the post-lockdown roadmap entered its next phase and, perhaps most bizarrely, two supermarkets have been fighting over a caterpillar.

Core Web Vitals Postponed

Last month we told you that the Core Web Vitals were around the corner and ready to rock the world of web developers everywhere. Initially set for a May 2021 release, site owners can now breathe a slight sigh of relief.

Google’s page experience update which would incorporate the Core Web Vitals as ranking signals has now been pushed back to a rollout beginning in mid-June. This revised date gives web developers an extra month to prepare.
