We appreciate that with the latest news about COVID-19 Coronavirus, there are numerous questions you may have regarding our service during these turbulent times. In particular, how we will be maintaining our high service standards, should the spread of Coronavirus worsen.
Delivering the same high levels of service and support that Tillison clients and partners have come to expect remains our highest priority – so too, is ensuring the health and safety of our team.
All of our business-critical systems are cloud-based including telephones, project management and CRM systems.
We have transitioned our team of specialists to working remotely should they choose to, in an effort to reduce the burden on our team and limit the movement of people in our communities
You can rest assured that we have plans in place to allow specialists to carry on working on your campaigns. In essence its business as usual.
In addition to this and as a precaution, we have also suspended any non-urgent face to face client meetings both in and out of the office. We are happy to conduct these meetings via video conferencing software such as Google Meet.
