Previously Connor spent a few years in both hospitality and retail, working closely with customers, to help with queries and problems. He also formerly attended a marketing course at The Everyman Theatre, Liverpool, where he found an interest in Marketing. As a Drama Graduate from Liverpool John Moores, Connor has developed a varied set of creative skills from writing to videography and sound engineering. Connor is looking forward to developing his skills and experiences further, whilst working at Tillison.

Whilst outside of work he enjoys trying new activities and learning new skills. For instance, he is currently learning to snowboard for an upcoming holiday, as well as learning to play the drums.
