Personal Injury Leads show 62% Increase
Already using Google AdWords to send visitors to their website, Mulderrigs needed to increase the quantity and more importantly the quality of those visitors in order to increase enquiries in a crowded, highly competitive market: personal injury leads.
In order to increase the performance of AdWords campaigns, Mulderrigs also needed to better understand the way that users interacted with their site and what they could do to increase the number of personal injury leads achieved from existing traffic levels. It was essential to have confidence that the website, its content and navigation were optimised to achieve the best results possible.
The primary objectives for our Google AdWords Specialists were to increase Mulderrigs’ share of the search market for their specialist areas of personal injury claims, to increase the number of high value enquiries and to reduce budget on areas which did not produce sustainable leads.
As well as Google Adwords, Pay Per Click campaigns were used on Bing and Yahoo search engines to increase traffic volume and LinkedIn used to extend the reach of the Mulderrigs brand amongst a targeted group of relevant businesses.
We also sought to extend the reach and influence of the Mulderrigs brand amongst a targeted set of relevant businesses using LinkedIn ads to increase the trust in their services and to make valuable personal connections.
Our team’s optimisation of the Pay per Click campaigns on Google AdWords, Bing and Yahoo networks increased the number of personal injury leads generated by around 60%.
The campaign response (Click Through Rate) on Google AdWords Search campaigns was increased by a huge 180%, achieved through increasing traffic quality and ad text. In turn, these factors increase AdWords quality scores and reduced the average cost per click (CPC) by 28%.
As a result of campaign optimisation and optimisation of the website, landing pages and content, the average cost per lead (CPA) to persuade visitors to the site to make an enquiry was reduced by 22% - that’s 28% more leads for the same budget spent.
