The Sweet Retreat
The Sweet Retreat are a local beauticians based within the ROKO Health Club, Portsmouth. They came to us 8 months ago to help them manage their Facebook Page with the aim of maximising awareness as to their location and huge array of services.
After consultation our plan was two-fold. We introduced them to a Facebook App we have developed, entitled Pay With A Post, designed to significantly increase the number of Facebook Likes and then manage their Facebook page to maximise engagement and encourage entries into our competition. As with all Social Media Management clients we establish the boundaries of what we can and can’t post on their behalf, whether they want us to interact or comment as them and what it is they are looking to achieve from our management.

Footfall at The Sweet Retreat is up and Manager Jackie Wakefield has seen a significant increase in news clients contacting the salon based on what they have seen on Facebook.
